Shipping policy

Shipping within continental U.S. 48 states:
Shipping is calculated for you at time of purchase unless you've qualified for a free or reduced shipping promotion.  In most cases, your order will ship via USPS FIRST Class within 2 business days.

Rates calculated at:

0 - $20 purchase = $4.39 shipping

$20.01 - $34.99 purchase = $5.99 shipping

$35.00 - $49.99 purchase = $7.49 shipping

$50.00 - $79.99 purchase = $8.49 shipping

$80 and above purchase ships at no charge to the customer

Rates for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and other US Territories will be calculated separately before order is processed.  Additional shipping charges will need to be applied or order may be canceled.  Residents of these areas should email for assistance prior to placing order.

We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States.  In most cases, we are not authorized resellers in foreign countries.  Orders from outside of the U.S. will be canceled automatically.

Returns & Refunds:   Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in original packaging in the same condition you received it.  Perishable goods such as food, candy or flowers cannot be returned.

If you receive an item in defective or damaged condition, please reach out to us at help@pamshallmark.com and we will work hard to make your order right.
For any other issue with your order, please reach us at help@pamshallmark.com and let us know that you need to make a return. We will send you instructions for returning your purchase. Refunds for items returned within 30 days will be handled promptly once the item is received back.  

Sale items (if applicable):  Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
